Delivery Policy
1. General information
All orders are processed and shipped by Averin Jewelry, legal entity SIA MANUM.
2. Delivery area
We ship orders to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
3. Shipping methods
Orders are delivered by Omniva, DPD, Latvijas Pasts, Venipak, or Unisend — depending on the destination country.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout when selecting a shipping method.
4. Order processing
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after receiving payment.
Orders are processed only on working days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
You can track your parcel on the official website of the selected delivery service.
6. Delivery delays and returns
Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to postal or customs delays.
If the shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, it will be returned to Averin Jewelry. In such cases, the buyer may be asked to cover the cost of reshipment.
