1. General conditions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for returns

Returned items must be in unused and original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

4. Return procedure

To request a return, please contact us at info@averinjewelry.com and include your order number and reason for return.
After confirmation, items should be shipped back to the address provided by our support team.

5. Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be made to the original payment method used for the order.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@averinjewelry.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
